Our pizza bases for coeliac sufferers are produced using artisan techniques, on premises where no type of raw material containing gluten is handled, and where thorough checks and expert personnel ensure our dough is of high quality and tastes delicious. With gluten-free pizza bases from Soluzioni Alimentari, you can let your customers who are coeliac sufferers enjoy the traditional taste of a pizza which is delicious, even without gluten.

We want to provide products that are completely reliable, because we understand the risk to coeliac sufferers if they consume food containing gluten, sometimes even in small quantities. We are meticulous in every step of the production cycle, from the point at which we select the raw materials through to the processing they undergo and the final packaging stage.

Our gluten-free pizza bases are packaged in a protective atmosphere so they last longer and maintain their organoleptic properties, and complete certainty is guaranteed. During consignment, our refrigerated vehicles comply with cold chain distribution requirements for all products, which need constant low-temperature storage. The shelf life of these products is 45 days.

On 06 November 2001 Soluzioni Alimentari received approval from the local health authority to open for business with authorisation no. IAB 418.4772/01.
In February 2003, the company was the first artisan producer of fresh pasta in Italy to obtain authorisation from the Ministry of Health (authorisation no. 2003/13) to sell fresh gluten-free products.

Since then we have continued to create new products, each of which is communicated to the Ministry of Health to obtain the authorisation required to market gluten-free foodstuffs.
